Lonny is one of the founding members of the Urban Planning and Building Consultants. He has over 20 years of experience in the property. He holds an executive MBA degree from the University of New South Wales.Under his guidance, our company has witnessed tremendous success.

Draco Perry

Draco is the second founding member of the company and he has over 19 years of experience.He is also an MBA degree holder but from MGSM Macquarie Graduate School of Management.Our company’s expansion and growth was never possible without his contributions and hard work.

Kathleene Cobrun

Kathleen has been with usfor the past 7 years as the Chief executive Officer (CEO) of the company. She has master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Sydney. Since she became a part of the company, we have found structure and catered to clients exceptionally well.
